Neato Robotics - 945-0375 - Spiral Combo Brush is designed for effective cleaning on both carpets and hard floors, featuring a wide brush for enhanced dust pickup. Users find it does the job but report that hair tangles frequently, requiring detangling every few days, which might be a concern for pet owners. The brush is compatible with several Neato robot vacuum models and is built for indoor use. Although the brush performs adequately, there are criticisms about its lifespan, typically around six months, leading to discussions on the frequency of needing replacements. Nonetheless, the quality of the original Neato brush surpasses that of third-party alternatives, proving worth the investment for some users.
