The NOFFA Flat Soft Memory Foam Pillow for Neck Support is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience. Made with medium to firm memory foam, this pillow molds to your shape while still offering the necessary support for your neck and head. One of the main advantages of this pillow is its firmness. Users have reported that it is not a "head sinker" and provides a medium to firm level of support. This is particularly beneficial for those who suffer from acid reflux and prefer to keep their head elevated while sleeping. However, there have been some concerns regarding the quality and Consistency of the pillows. Some users have noticed differences in firmness and shape between pillows from the same batch, indicating a lack of uniformity in the manufacturing process. Fortunately, the company offers refunds for dissatisfaction, ensuring customer satisfaction. Another potential drawback is the durability of the pillow. While some users have reported using their pillows for a couple of years without issues, others have noticed that the pillow may lose its shape or become discolored over time. Proper care, such as using a pillowcase, may help mitigate these issues. Overall, the NOFFA Flat Soft Memory Foam Pillow for Neck Support offers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience. However, potential buyers should be aware of the possible inConsistencies in firmness and shape, as well as the need for proper care to ensure durability.
