The MikroTik RB4011 is a powerful router with an extensive range of features. The quad-core CPU and 1Gb RAM provides an excellent routing and switching performance, and the passively cooled device is silent during operation. The device can be managed through its GUI interface, which includes WebFig, WinBox or the Android app, but it's recommended that you familiarise yourself with RouterOS CLI. The LEDs on the RB4011 are bright, which can be distracting, and the device doesn't have a USB port or a manual that can be downloaded. Although the device excels in routing tasks, it is not ideal for switching, and according to the reviewer, you should invest in a dedicated device for wire speed switching. Overall, the MikroTik RB4011 is a decent router for its price with a steep learning curve.
