Détails du produit
- The RCBS MatchMaster Precision Case Trimmer is a bench-mounted machine tool built for precise, repeatable brass case preparation. The unit bolts to a workbench or to an RCBS Accessory Base Plate, runs on standard household current, and brings production-grade accuracy to a home workshop. A three-way carbide cutter head faces the case mouth to length, then chamfers and deburrs the edge in a single operation, cutting the number of steps and the time each piece takes. Length is set on a micrometer adjustment and held to .001 of an inch, so the first piece and the five hundredth come out the same. The custom-built high-speed motor keeps the cutting rate steady under load. The machine is dimensional rather than dedicated. It accepts brass from 1.36 to 2.85 inches in length, and the kit ships with seven pilot sizes from .22 through .30 plus one collet. Pilots and collets are workholding fixtures that center and grip the piece in the machine during the cut, the same role a chuck and centering pin play on a lathe. Additional cutter heads, pilots and collets are available separately to extend the working range. Construction is 6061-T6 aluminum and 303/416 stainless steel, machined in the USA. The kit includes the trimmer, motor, mounting bracket, cutter head, case bin, containment guard, carriage, motor mount and base plate.
