répondre: The Rokinon 20mm T1.9 Cine AF Wide Angle Lens is designed specifically for Sony E-mount cameras. This lens is compatible with various Sony mirrorless systems, providing excellent imaging capabilities for both full-frame and APS-C sensor cameras. Whether you're using it for videography on the A7 series, or capturing stills with the A6000 series, this lens offers versatility for a wide range of shooting environments. It's ideal for filmmakers and photographers looking to achieve stunning wide-angle shots with minimal distortion. -
question:
What are the benefits of the T1.9 aperture in the Rokinon 20mm lens?
répondre: The T1.9 aperture allows for exceptional low-light performance and depth of field control, enabling filmmakers to create cinematic effects with beautiful backgrounds. This wide aperture means more light can enter the lens, making it possible to shoot in dimly lit conditions without resorting to high ISOs that could introduce noise. This lens is ideal for shooting indoors, evening events, or low-light scenes, allowing creators to achieve professional-quality footage and sharp focus on their subjects. -
question:
Is the Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens suitable for filming video?
répondre: Absolutely! The Rokinon 20mm T1.9 Cine AF Wide Angle Lens is tailored for video production with its focus on smooth autofocus and a de-clicked aperture ring. This design enables filmmakers to have precise control over exposure adjustments without loud clicks that can disrupt sound recording. It’s perfect for dynamic filmmaking situations, whether you're shooting interviews, vlogs, or narrative films, as it ensures that transitions are seamless and undetectable. -
question:
What is the focal length of the lens in terms of full-frame and APS-C?
répondre: The Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens offers a focal length of 20mm, which translates to a 30mm equivalent on APS-C sensor cameras. This makes it an excellent choice for those seeking a wide perspective without the distortion common in ultra-wide lenses. Photographers and videographers can use it for landscape shots, architecture, and even street photography, where capturing a broader view is crucial while maintaining subject integrity and focus. -
question:
How does the autofocus feature work on the Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens?
répondre: The Rokinon 20mm T1.9 comes equipped with a reliable autofocus system designed for quick and accurate focusing. The lens’s sophisticated motor technology contributes to its responsiveness, making it a favorable option for capturing action shots or dynamic scenes effortlessly. -
question:
Can the Rokinon 20mm lens be used for astrophotography?
répondre: Yes, the Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens is indeed a great choice for astrophotography due to its wide aperture and short focal length. The T1.9 aperture allows for capturing faint stars and celestial events without experiencing significant star trails. Ideal for night sky photography, this lens will help you achieve clear, bright images of constellations, the Milky Way, or even meteor showers, all while minimizing the need for extensive post-processing adjustments. -
question:
Does the Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens have image stabilization?
répondre: The Rokinon 20mm T1.9 lens does not feature built-in optical image stabilization. However, it compensates through its fast aperture and wide-angle capabilities. When coupled with Sony cameras that have in-body image stabilization (IBIS), users can minimize camera shake effectively. This setup makes it suitable for handheld shooting, providing outstanding stability during video capture and low-light photography. -
