Action & Adventure Editorial Review
In "Rumble in the Bronx," Jackie Chan delivers a classic action film with an abundance of fight scenes and exhilarating chases. Set in The Bronx, the movie incorporates humor and high stakes, offering a refreshing blend of action and comedy. The characters, though somewhat superficially treated, exhibit depth and contribute to the alluring storyline. The film is praised for its light-hearted comedic charm and the performances of Jackie Chan and Francoise Yip. Additionally, the movie is described as action-packed from beginning to end, making it an appealing choice for those seeking an authentic action movie experience. However, some reviewers expressed disappointment with the lackluster blu-ray version, citing the absence of special features like commentary or interviews as a downside to an otherwise stellar film. **
