These particular ribbons are of the traditional type and provide delicate treble, projecting clearly over a 30' room. However, they have a narrower projection field compared to a traditional cone tweeter. The fit/finish is excellent and available in ML black piano gloss. The ribbon tweeters favor quality over quantity, and if you want volume, a horn tweeter would do better. For delicate highs in jazz and Latin music and acoustic guitar solos, these ribbon tweeters will add a new sense of presence. The product is worth the money and is highly recommended for music but not so much for movies. It takes time to integrate them correctly and pair them perfectly for each user's ears.
