CAYKEN Core Drills KCY-2550BM Editorial Review
The Cayken® 10in. Diamond Core Drill Rig with 400F Adjustable Angle Stand offers a reliable drilling solution for concrete and asphalt. It comes with a stand that is sturdy and functional. The drill itself is powerful and capable of cutting through thick slabs with ease. One of the advantages of this drill rig is its compatibility with smaller bits. It can accommodate 4" or 5" diameter bits without the motor hitting against a wall. Additionally, it can be used in a horizontal position by mounting it with anchor bolts. The drill operates on a 110v power source, making it compatible with standard outlets. It performs well even on a thick 8" concrete slab, as confirmed by a user who successfully cut a 4" diameter hole in a 6" thick slab. Though there have been a few reports of issues with the product, such as the motor going out after a short period of use and the mounting bracket cracking, the customer service provided by Cayken has been praised. They promptly sent a replacement part without any additional charge. Overall, the Cayken® 10in. Diamond Core Drill Rig with 400F Adjustable Angle Stand is a good investment for those in need of a reliable drilling solution for concrete and asphalt. With its capable performance and responsive customer service, it offers value for the money.
