One customer even mentioned having to cut off part of the bolt in order for it to work. Furthermore, there have been complaints about the quality of the tool that comes with the set. Customers have reported that the tool is made from weak material and has broken while trying to remove the bolt. Some customers have had to go to a repair shop or resort to drilling the head off the bolt, which can be time-Consuming and costly. One customer even requested for McGard to contact them regarding this issue. Despite these negative reviews, there are some positive comments as well.
