- Instructions: 1. Locate adhesive strip inside carton or foil pouch. 2. Remove adhesive backing from one side of strip. 3. Attach adhesive to Garbage Guard & remove 2nd adhesive backing. 4. Clean lid thoroughly & apply Garbage Guard inside lid, pressing firmly for 30 seconds to ensure a long-lasting period
