ooni Griddles UU-P08D00 Editorial Review
The Ooni cast iron grizzler can be used with the Ooni Karu 12 and heats up to 550+ degrees. It has a cooking surface of 9.8 x 5.1 inches and is measured as 12 X 6 1/2 including the handles and sides. It can cook one big ribeye or strip steak or a couple of fillets. The pan needs to be seasoned before first use and cleaning is easy with a little Dawn on a brush. The Ooni cast iron grizzler is made in China and can be placed on the Ooni oven stone without damaging or cracking it. Customers have used it to make the best steaks and Ooni pizza.
