The reverse dot version of this drum head adds extra durability and accentuated attack without choking the overall sound. The Evans EC Reverse Dot Snare Drum Head is part of the EC Snare Series, which boasts a combination of a 7mil top ply and a 10mil bottom ply for a controlled sound that maintains resonance and sensitivity across all tuning and dynamic ranges. The Sound Shaping Technology (SST) rings on the underside of the drum head are designed to reduce unwanted frequencies and enhance attack, giving you the freedom to shape your sound to perfection.
