The trampoline is deemed to be the perfect size and very stable, offering a convenient and effective workout option. Customers have also praised its portability, as it can be easily folded and taken on trips. However, there have been some issues with the product. One customer received a defective trampoline, but the customer service representative promptly resolved the issue and provided a replacement. Another user has mentioned that the counter started malfunctioning after a week of use, which could potentially be improved. Overall, customers are satisfied with the rebounding exercise trampoline. The trampoline is easy to assemble and is safer to use compared to models with springs. However, some customers have expressed a desire for more bounce.
