E-Z LOK Threaded Inserts Editorial Review
E-Z LOK 400-624 Threaded Inserts for Wood, Installation Kit, Brass, Includes 3/8-24 Knife Thread Inserts (5), Drill, Installation Tool offers a solid solution for adding durable threaded inserts into wood projects. Many users have found the inserts to be effective, threading cleanly and holding well, which is crucial for ensuring stability in applications like furniture assembly. However, some mentioned that using the provided insertion tool could be a challenge, as it may break easily during use, especially when working with harder woods. It's recommended to start inserts straight for the best results, and some have had success using alternative methods when the tool underperforms, ultimately leaving the inserts as a reliable option for various woodworking needs.
